Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Each item is quality-checked before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
- Major cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking

Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, or events beyond our control — we’ll keep you informed if this happens.
Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Please share unboxing photos/video when requesting an exchange.
- Gemstones and Rudraksha that have been energized/worn are not eligible for exchange, for hygiene and authenticity reasons, unless found defective on arrival.
- To request an exchange, email vastubipra@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the exchange. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange a replacement or reverse pickup.
